From the ground up

Back in August, Kim Kardashian teased two new colorways of the YEEZY Powerphase. First, on December 9, the season-appropriate grey colorway dropped. Next up is the much-anticipated black version.

If past releases are anything to go by, the kicks will retail for $120.

Speculation suggested that the black pair would release on December 16 but, with no official announcement and the YEEZY Boost 350 V2 “Blue Tint” also releasing on December 16, it seems highly unlikely that this will happen.

With more time to prepare ahead of the drop, we’ve put together our usual guide on how you can secure yourself a pair.

There are three official ways in which to cop Kanye West’s latest sneaker: in-storeonline, and via the adidas Confirmed app. Most in-store and online releases have moved away from the first-come-first-served method and are making it “easier” by raffling off the chance to buy a pair either online, on Instagram, or in-store, with the “winners” able to purchase their pair with a special online link or by picking them up in store at a designated time.

Of course, it’s not really that simple as demand still heavily outweighs supply – even with increased availability.

As always, keep checking back here as we’ll be updating this page with information on availability, release date, and price as we get it.

For those that can’t wait, StockX has one pair in size US9 that you can scoop early for $360 via the link below.
