Plans educational programs for museum visitors of all ages; works with curators to develop exhibits; oversees implementation of Ranch Day, Candlelight at the Ranch and Summer Youth Classes; recruits, coordinates and manages volunteers; oversees youth membership organization; directs Ranch Life Learning programs

Helen DeVitt Jones Endowed Director of Collections, Exhibits and Research:

Plans and organizes museum and historical park exhibits; oversees the care, display and accuracy of information about the collections and about objects on display; prepares museum printed exhibit guides; edits quarterly magazine; plans and organizes Summer Stampede Western Art and Gear Show; Oversees maintenance of building and grounds staff and maintenance of staff

Maintains records of all museum and historical park objects, ownership and borrowing; assists in ensuring safety and condition of objects on display and accuracy of information; assists in preparation of printed museum guides

Director of Development:

Plan, organize and direct development efforts to secure major gifts that further the NRHC mission

Manager of Membership and Events:
Lea Ann Lust

Maintains database of RHA membership, donations and contacts. Assists with school and educator programs, tours, workshops and youth membership organization; assists with implementation of Ranch Day, Candlelight at the Ranch and Summer Youth Classes; recruits, coordinates and manages volunteers

Director of Operations:
Rick Potts

Ensures that the National Ranching Heritage Center meets its strategic goals by providing visitors and guests a safe and engaging experience. The director of operations works to preserve and maintain historical structures in accordance with best practices and the standards of the NRHC. In addition, the director of operations oversees landscaping and building maintenance, event logistics and building rentals to the high standards of the center and ranching traditions.

Coordinates media contacts; writes and distributes press releases and announcements; assists with publications and copyediting; maintains database of RHA membership, donations and contacts
