Oversees financial management of the center and all fiscal responsibilities; helps handle room rental reservations, meeting arrangements and preparations.

Julie Hodges, M.S.
Oversees museum educational programming, coordinates Ranch Day and Candlelight at the Ranch, and directs Ranch Life Learning projects.

Maintains records of all museum and historical park objects, ownership and borrowing; assists in ensuring safety and condition of objects on display and accuracy of information.

Plan, organize and direct marketing and communication efforts for the National Ranching Heritage Center.
Communications Manager:
Adrian Hawkins
Upholds branding guidelines, coordinates with media, & manages the creative processes for marketing and communication efforts.
Outreach and Education Program Manager:
Lea Ann Lust
Manages onsite educational opportunities for both students and adults, including guided tours. Coordinates facilities rentals and special events. Manages volunteer base.

Manages the Ranching Heritage Association membership database and ensures business procedures work cohesively to provide an exceptional experience for visitors of the NRHC.
