Works to preserve and maintain historical structures, oversees landscaping and building maintenance, and ensures visitors and guests a safe and engaging experience.

Brad Walker: Senior Director of Development

Interacts with Ranching Heritage Association donors and financial supporters at all levels, with emphasis on the Red Steagall Institute for Traditional Western Arts.

Robert Tidwell, Ph.D.: Manager of Collections, Exhibits and Research

Maintains records of all museum and historical park artifacts and curates for museum exhibitions.

Lea Ann Lust: Outreach and Education Program Manager

Manages onsite educational opportunities for both students and adults, including guided tours, and manages volunteer base.

Daniel Meyers: Manager of Business Services and Membership

Manages the Ranching Heritage Association membership database and ensures business procedures work cohesively.

Justana Schilling: Development Manager

Supports fundraising initiatives including donor relations, stewardship, special events, and database management, to advance the NRHC’s programs and strategic goals.

Adrian Hawkins: Communications Manager

Upholds branding guidelines, coordinates with media, and manages the creative processes.

Katy Rush: Manager of Events & Rentals; Manager of Retail & Branded Product Development

Operates and manages all merchandise for Cogdell’s at the Ranch.
