Episode 2 – Motives, Emotions, and Choices

Episode 2 focuses on social-emotional learning as students explore character emotions, motivations, and decision-making. Through structured listening activities, students analyze cause-and-effect relationships, make inferences about character feelings, and practice responsible decision-making using real-life scenarios from the story. Writing prompts and discussion questions encourage empathy, reflection, and emotional awareness while strengthening reading comprehension and critical thinking skills.
