Overview

The National Ranching Heritage Center is proud to partner with Hank the Cowdog for this exciting addition to the Ranch Life Learning series: Cowboys and Horses. Saddle up for  fun as everyone’s favorite Head of Ranch Security gives readers a firsthand look at the life of a working cowboy along with his or her most trusted partner: the horse! Students explore the history of trail driving, the essential role of cowboys in ranching operations, and the skills needed to train, ride, and rope like a pro.
