Dodging Drama & Avoiding Scuffles: Activity 6, Ranch Life Book 3: Ranch Wildlife

Students practice navigation skills by guiding Hank around a grid map of the M-Cross Ranch using cardinal directions. After reading Chapters 4 and 5, learners apply spatial reasoning and problem-solving skills to plan safe routes while avoiding encounters with ranch wildlife. This hands-on activity strengthens geography and direction-following skills while reinforcing the importance of environmental awareness and observation in ranch life.
